摘 要:针对碳纳米管生产酸洗废水,采用基于双极膜电渗析技术的综合处理工艺,以实现废水的零排放及全量资源化处置。考虑到废水pH低、含有纳米级别碳粉等特点,采用组合工艺“预处理+超滤+活性炭吸附+膜浓缩模块+双极膜电渗析”。经膜处理的产水达到回用标准,膜浓缩液通过双极膜电渗析转变为盐酸和液碱回用于生产。本项目通过小试着重探究纳米级碳粉的残留问题,超滤实验结果表明,预处理工艺可对原水中残留的纳米级碳粉实现有效拦截,保证后端膜设备的稳定运行。该研究转变了传统的酸性废水中和后蒸发出盐的处理方式,为企业解决酸性废水处理难点提供新思路。In this paper,aiming at the zero liquid discharge and recycling treatment of the pickling wastewater from car⁃bon nanotube production,a comprehensive treatment process was designed,which is based on the Bipolar Membrane Electrodialysis(BMED)technology.Given the fact that the wastewater has low pH and nanoscale carbon pollutant,com⁃bined treatment process of"pretreatment+ultrafiltration+resin adsorption+membrane concentration module+BMED".The water purified by the membrane reaches the recycling treatment standard,and meanwhile the concentrated solution is converted to valuable hydrochloric acid and caustic soda separately,which could be reused to production,by the BMED.Experiments were implemented to investigate the nanoscale carbon residue emphatically.The ultrafiltra⁃tion results illustrate that the residual nanoscale carbon can be removed effectively from the wastewater,which benefits the stable operation of the following membrane equipment.This research changes the traditional salt production by the evaporation after neutralization treatment of acid industrial waste water,providing the concerned enterprises with new idea to treat the acid wastewater.
