采用阿贝折射仪快速测定四水合酒石酸钾钠的纯度

摘　　要：研究了一种采用阿贝折射仪快速测定四水合酒石酸钾钠纯度的方法。先采用去离子水溶解四水合酒石酸钾钠,配制成一定浓度的溶液,再采用阿贝折射仪进行检测,方法相对标准偏差小于0.3%,样品的回收率在95.6%~101.0%之间。结果表明,方法准确度高,重复性好,此外,溶剂消耗量少,分析时间短,简单易行,能够满足定量分析要求。A method for rapid determination of the purity of potassium sodium tartrate tetrahydrate by Abbe refractome⁃ter is studied in this paper.The method first uses deionized water to dissolve potassium sodium tartrate tetrahydrate into a solution of certain concentration,and then uses Abbe refractometer for detection.The relative standard deviation of the method is less than 0.3%,and the recovery rate of the sample is between 95.6%and 101.0%,indicating that the method has high accuracy and good repeatability.In addition,the analysis method has low solvent consumption,short analysis time,and is simple and feasible,which can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis.
