摘  要:用1+1王水浸提法和硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸体系消解土壤及水系沉积物,定容后采用ICP-OES(电感耦合等离子体发射质谱)法测定10种重金属元素,测定结果为Zn、V、Mn、Cu和Co用硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸体系消解下有良好的消解效果,Ni、Cu和Co用1+1王水浸提法有良好的消解效果,Sn、Pb、Cr和Sr在两种消解方式下消解溶出效果均不够理想,更适合电热板湿法消解或者微波消解,同时这些元素光谱谱线干扰较大,用ICP-MS测定可以减少谱线干扰,提高测定结果的准确性。Soil and stream sediments were digested by 1+1 aqua regia leaching method and nitric acid hydrochloric acid hy⁃drofluoric acid system,and 10 kinds of heavy metal elements were determined by ICP-OES after constant volume.The re⁃sults showed that Zn,V,Mn,Cu and Co had good digestion effect by nitric acid hydrochloric acid hydrofluoric acid sys⁃tem,Ni,Cu and Co had good digestion effect by 1+1 aqua regia leaching method,and Sn,Pb,Cr and Sr were not ideal by the two digestion methods,It is more suitable for electric heating plate wet digestion or microwave digestion.At the same time,the spectral line interference of these elements is large.ICP-MS determination can reduce the spectral line interfer⁃ence and improve the accuracy of the results.
