新工科背景下地方普通师范院校工科专业学生创新创业能力培养的思考与实践——以衡阳师范学院高分子材料与工程专业为例

摘　　要：新工科背景下,地方高校如何为区域经济发展和产业转型升级贡献力量已经成为当务之急,培养创新创业型人才是解决该问题的有效途径之一。以衡阳师范学院高分子材料与工程专业为例,针对影响创新创业能力提升的部分问题,从改进课堂教学模式、改善师资结构、提高学生积极性等几个方面出发,探讨提升创新创业能力的新举措,为地方高校尤其是师范院校工科专业培养创新创业型人才提供新思路。Under the background of emerging engineering education,it has become an urgent issue about how local col⁃leges and universities contribute to supporting regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrad⁃ing.Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents is one of the effective ways to solve this problem.Taking the poly⁃mer materials and engineering major of Hengyang Normal University as an example,this paper analyzes the current problems affecting the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,from the perspectives of improving the classroom teaching mode,improving the structure of teachers,and strengthening the enthusiasm of students.It provide some new ideas for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local universities especially for that in local normal univer⁃sities.
