摘 要:为了回收废弃LCD显示器中的稀贵金属铟,以TFT-LCD型液晶面板为例,分别对其CF基板和TFT基板提出研究方法。两块基板的结构和材料不同,但都有一层表面覆盖有铟与锡的复合氧化物(ITO)。针对CF基板,采用氢氧化钠溶液在加热的状态下溶解其上的彩色膜层,使ITO快速脱落,过滤溶液即可回收铟;而TFT基板采用320目耐水砂纸磨削的方法,收集磨屑可快速回收铟。实验数据表明,两块基板中铟的回收率为99.6%、100%,回收效率高且环保。In order to recover the precious metal indium in discarded LCD displays,the research methods of CF substrate and TFT substrate for TFT-LCD panel are presented.The two substrates differ in structure and material,but both have a surface covered with the indium-tin composite oxide(ITO).For CF substrate,sodium hydroxide solution is used to dissolve the color film layer on it under the state of heating,so that ITO can quickly fall off,and indium can be recovered by filtering the solution.The TFT substrate is ground with 320-mesh water resistant sandpaper,and indium can be recovered quickly by collecting the grinding debris.The experimental data show that the recovery rate of indium in the two substrates is 99.6%and 100%,which is high recovery efficiency and environmental protection.
