摘  要:文章从中低速磁浮列车整车系统层面出发,在保证列车安全和稳定的情况下,提出基于电机气隙主动调整的提升直线感应电机效率或降低其功耗和温升的方法;根据列车不同的实际工况提出3种优化策略,并利用ANSYS Maxwell电磁仿真软件,对3种优化策略下电机在全速度域内的牵引特性进行仿真分析;最后通过与列车在原控制方式下的性能进行对比分析,证明优化策略的可行性。This paper starts from the whole system level of the medium-low speed maglev train,and proposes a method to improve the efficiency of the linear induction motor or reduce its power consumption and temperature rise based on active adjustment of the motor air gap,while ensuring the safety and stability of the train.Three optimization strategies are proposed according to the different actual operating conditions of the train.ANSYS Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the traction characteristics of the motor in the full speed range under the three optimization strategies.Finally,the feasibility of the optimization strategies is demonstrated by comparing with the performance of the train under the original control mode.
