摘  要:文章采用数值模拟分析技术针对某动车组二等座车厢开展列车车厢性能化防火设计方法研究。以车辆发生火灾后保障人员生命安全为目的,应用整车火灾数值模拟分析技术,研究车厢火灾热释放速率、车厢内烟气及温度分布、毒性气体浓度及分布,并通过模拟结果结合人体耐受极限得出火灾发生后人员逃生可用时间tASET;应用人员疏散模拟分析技术,得出火灾条件下人员逃生所需时间tRSET,通过数值模拟分析结果判定人员在设定场景下能否安全逃生,并提出轨道车辆整车防火设计优化建议。This paper focuses on the performance-based fire protection design of a second-class carriage in a EMU through the use of numerical simulation analysis technology.With the aim of ensuring the safety of personnel in the event of a vehicle fire,the paper employs whole-vehicle fire numerical simulation analysis technology to investigate the heat release rate,smoke and temperature distribution within the carriage,toxic gas concentration and distribution,and derives the available evacuation time tASET based on simulation results combined with human tolerance limits.Additionally,the paper applies personnel evacuation simulation technology to obtain the required evacuation time tRSET under fire conditions,determining whether personnel can evacuate safely under the set scenario by analyzing numerical simulation results,and putting forward design optimization recommendations for overall rail vehicle fire protection.
