摘  要:电机定子固有频率及其模态特性的研究对于抑制电机噪声至关重要。文章以某地铁车辆牵引电机为例,基于多自由度振动系统模态分析理论,对电机定子进行了模态分析;应用锤击法进行模态试验时,采用圆桶型测试布点方式,获取了电机的振动模态和固有频率,优化了材料参数。通过对比分析模态仿真和试验结果,验证了有限元仿真的准确性。The study of natural frequency and modal characteristics of the motor stator is crucial for suppressing motor noise.This paper takes a traction motor for metro vehicle as an example,and conducts modal analysis on the motor stator based on the modal analysis theory of multi-degree of freedom vibration system.By hammering modal test and barrel layout method,the vibration mode and natural frequency of the motor are obtained,and the material parameters are optimized.The accuracy of finite element simulation was verified by comparing modal simulation and experimental results.
