内卷、躺平、焦虑:政治权利的自由逻辑进退及其回塑

摘　　要：内卷、躺平、焦虑既源于经济与社会,也源于政治权利。政治权利的自由逻辑使内卷、躺平、焦虑具有了正当合理性。权利自由的逻辑体现在内卷的自由、躺平的自由、焦虑的自由。内卷、躺平是自由的起点、过程和结果,也是因自由选择而付出的代价。内卷与躺平体现了政治权利自由的进与退。回归人类本质、人类主体性、自由本性、权利本性、理性才能回归权利自由的正常状态。Involution,“lying flat”and anxiety derives not only from the economy and society,but also from political rights.The free logic of political rights legitimizes involution,“lying flat”and anxiety.The logic of rights and freedom embodies the freedom of involution,“lying flat”and anxiety.Involution and“lying flat”is the starting point,process and result of freedom,as well as the price paid for free choice.Involution and“lying flat”reflects the advance and retreat of political rights and freedom.Only by returning to human nature,human subjectivity,nature of freedom,nature of rights and reason,can we return to the normal state of rights and freedom.
