摘　　要：知识产权运用是促进知识产权实现价值,推动我国经济高质量发展的关键环节。通过理论分析,揭示了知识产权运用、产业转型升级与经济高质量发展之间的作用机理,并基于2012-2019年我国31个省份面板数据进行实证检验,研究发现:知识产权运用对经济高质量发展有显著正效应,并且产业转型升级存在正向的部分中介效应,其中产业结构高级化比合理化具有更强的中介效应;从分区域来看,“一带一路”重点省份的知识产权运用对经济高质量发展呈显著正向影响,非重点省份的知识产权对经济高质量发展的影响不显著。The use of intellectual property rights is a key link in promoting the realization of the value of intellectual property rights and promoting high-quality economic development.Through theoretical analysis,the paper reveals the mechanism between the use of intellectual property rights,industrial transformation and upgrading and high-quality economic development,and empirical testing was carried out based on panel data from 2012 to 2019 in 31 provinces in China.The study found that the use of intellectual property rights has a significant positive effect on the high-quality development of the economy,and the industrial transformation and upgrading plays a positive part of the intermediary effect and strengthens the promotion effect,of which the intermediary effect of the advanced industrial structure is higher than that of rationalization.From a sub-regional perspective,the use of intellectual property rights in key provinces of the“The Belt and Road”has a significant positive impact on high-quality economic development,while the impact of intellectual property rights in non-key provinces on high-quality economic development is not significant.
