中小运能轨道交通系统的国际应用对上海虹桥国际中央商务区轨道交通规划的启示

摘　　要：目前上海虹桥国际中央商务区(以下简称“虹桥商务区”)轨道交通布局不尽合理、站点覆盖率低,既有道路公交系统不能完全覆盖该区域,且二者之间的运力相差太大,缺少了中间层次的公交供给制式,应借鉴国际中小运能轨道交通系统的应用案例,在区域内引入中小运能轨道交通系统。在充分收集虹桥商务区既有交通现状资料的基础上,对该区域内轨道交通系统存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了完善虹桥商务区轨道交通网的需求和目标;以迈阿密市CBD(中央商务区)内的APM(自动旅客运输)系统及东京临海副都心地区AGT(自动导轨交通)系统为案例,分析了中小运能轨道交通系统的成功应用经验;选取了5种交通系统制式,在对这5种制式在虹桥商务区应用的适应性进行初步筛选后,重点对自导向轨道系统制式和导轨式胶轮系统制式进行比选,提出了虹桥商务区轨道交通系统线网布局、交通衔接与一体化设计等解决方案,并对虹桥商务区内中小运能轨道交通系统实施的预期效果进行了分析。建议虹桥商务区中小运能轨道交通系统采用导轨式胶轮系统制式。At present,the layout of rail transit system in Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District(Hongqiao CBD)is not reasonable,such as the low track station coverage,the imperfect coverage area by the existing road public transport system,and the lack of intermediate level public transit mode in terms of large capacity gap between the two.Reference should be drawn from the international applications of medium-low capacity rail transit system to introduce it in this area.Based on an abundant collection of information on current Hongqiao CBD traffic situation,the main issues existing in the rail transit system of this area are analyzed,the research needs and objectives for improving the rail transit network in Hongqiao CBD are proposed.The APM(automated people mover)system in Miami CBD and the AGT(automated guideway transit)system in Tokyo Waterfront City area are taken as study cases to analyze the successful applications of medium-low capacity rail transit systems.Five types of transportation modes are selected,and after preliminary screening of their adaptability in Hongqiao CBD,the APM/AGT system and guideway rubber-tyred system are selected for comparison.Solutions such as line network layout,traffic connection and integrated design of Hongqiao CBD rail transit system are proposed,and the expected effects of implementing medium-low capacity rail transit system in Hongqiao CBD are elaborated.It is recommended that the medium-low capacity Hongqiao CBD rail transit system adopt guideway rubber-tyred system.
