摘　　要：生物资产融资拓宽了农、林、牧、渔业的融资渠道,契合了农业农村经济发展的需要。梳理生物资产融资从构想到实践的过程,“信贷+保险”生物资产融资模式与农村经济融资需求相符,连接商业银行、保险公司、农民与农业经营主体三方,提高了借款人的信用等级,赋予了生物资产保险保障,降低了违约风险,精准解决农民与农业经营主体融资难问题,有效盘活了生物资产。以重庆市首笔生猪活体抵押融资为例,探索生物资产“信贷+政策性保险+商业性保险”融资创新模式成功运行的机理,为生物资产抵押融资模式的创新与推广提供参考思路,为持续优化生物资产融资提出启示。Biological asset financing broadens the financing channels of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,and meets the needs of agricultural and rural economic development.Sorting out the process of biological asset financing from conception to practice,the“credit+insurance”biological asset financing model is in line with the financing needs of the rural economy,connecting the three parties of commercial banks,insurance companies,farmers and agricultural business entities,improving the credit rating of borrowers,giving Biological asset insurance guarantees,reduces the risk of default,accurately solves the financing difficulties of farmers and agricultural business entities,and effectively revitalizes biological assets.Taking the first live pig mortgage financing in Chongqing as an example,this paper explores the mechanism of the innovative financing model of“credit+policy insurance+commercial insurance”,which has been successfully operating as biological assets,then provides reference ideas for the innovation and extension of biological asset mortgage financing models,and enlightens sustainable optimization of biological asset financing.
