摘 要:采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)技术对某装置加氢反应进料加热炉内烟气流动、燃烧传热过程进行了全尺寸的模拟和分析,揭示了加氢反应进料加热炉内烟气流动、燃烧传热过程的特性,分析对比了两种燃料气次级喷枪顶部开孔角度对加热炉内烟气流动、火焰形态、炉膛温度场、炉管表面热强度及热效率的影响。模拟计算结果表明:与10°结构相比,5.5°结构下的火焰高度更高,炉墙高温区域发生上移,相同位置炉管的吸热量更大,辐射炉管的整体热效率提高约2%。In this paper,the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)method is used to realize the full-scale simulation and analysis of flue gas flow and combustion heat transfer process in the hydrogenation reaction feed fired heater of a certain unit,and reveals the characteristics of flue gas flow and combustion heat transfer process in the hydrogenation reaction feed fired heater.The effects of the opening angles at the top of the two fuel gas secondary lances on the flue gas flow,flame shape,furnace temperature field,and furnace tube surface thermal intensity and thermal efficiency in the fired heater are analyzed and compared.The simulation results show that,compared with the 10°structure,the 5.5°structure has higher flame height,the high temperature area of the furnace wall moves upward,the heat absorption of the furnace tube at the same position is greater,and the overall thermal efficiency of the radiant furnace tube is increased by about 2%.
