摘 要:YT1井是四川盆地川东地区老鹰岩构造的一口风险探井,四开采用∅241.30 mm钻头,从井深3319.0 m钻进至5506.0 m,下∅219.08 mm尾管固井封隔高台组顶以上低压易漏层和活跃气层。固井施工存在以下难点:①裸眼段的水泥浆防气窜性能要求高;②多层位井漏频发,固井井漏风险高;③井眼轨迹不平滑、井径不规则,井眼摩阻大,套管安全下入困难。为此,通过油基钻井液配合严格通井措施,采用1.20 g/cm 3低密度防气窜水泥浆体系配合精细控压固井技术及∅219.08 mm尾管固井,施工过程未发生漏失,固井质量合格率99.68%,优质率89.94%,有效解决了川东地区低压易漏深井尾管固井难题。Yingtan-1 well is a risk exploration well in Laoyingyan structure in eastern Sichuan Basin.During the fourth spud,∅241.30 mm bit was adopted,to drill from 3319.0 m to 5506.0 m,and∅219.08 mm liner cementing was used to isolate the low pressure and easy leaking formation and active gas formation above the top of Gaotai formation.The following difficulties exist in cementing construction:①The gas channeling prevention performance of cement slurry in the open hole section is required to be high;②Lost circulation occurs frequently at multiple locations,and the risk of lost circulation is high;③Because of the non-smooth well path,irregular well diameter and large wellbore friction,it’s not easy to run casing.Therefore,through the combination of oil-based drilling fluid and strict wiper trip measures,1.20 g/cm 3 low-density anti gas channeling cement slurry system was used with fine pressure control cementing technology and∅219.08 mm liner was used for cementing.There was no leakage during the cementing construction.The qualification rate was 99.68%,and the high-quality rate was 89.94%,which solved the problem of liner cementing in low-pressure and easy leaking deep wells in eastern Sichuan.
