摘 要:控压固井启停泵作业中,由井口向井底施加的回压值在井筒内的衰减是准确设计回压补偿值的重要依据。基于一维瞬态流动模型,考虑环空流体的流变模式及环空流体种类,建立了控压固井启停泵过程井口回压压力波瞬态传递模型,并利用有限差分思想对其进行求解,通过实验对模型结果进行验证,揭示了流变模式、流体稠度系数以及环空流体种类对环空压力波衰减的影响规律。结果表明:①同一井况中,回压压力波在环空流体流变模式的衰减能力为幂律模式大于赫巴模式大于宾汉模式;②相同流变模式下,回压压力波的衰减随着流体稠度系数的增大而增大;③回压压力波在多种流体中的压力衰减能力大于在单种流体中的衰减能力,且流体种类越多,压力衰减能力越大。The attenuation of backpressure value applied from wellhead to bottom of the well in the wellbore is an important basis for designing the backpressure compensation value in the process of starting and stopping pump in managed pressure cementing.Based on a one-dimensional transient flow model,a transient transfer model of back pressure wave for managed pressure cementing wellhead back pressure is developed,and solved by finite difference idea,and the model results are verified by experiments to reveal the influence of rheological mode,fluid consistency coefficient and annular fluid type on the attenuation of annular pressure wave.Results show that①Under the same well condition,the attenuation ability of the backpressure wave in the annular fluid rheology mode is power-law mode>Herschel-Bulkley mode>Bingham mode.②As for the same rheological mode,the attenuation of the backpressure wave is found to increase with increasing fluid consistency coefficient.③the pressure decay ability of the backpressure wave in a variety of fluids is greater than the decay ability in a single fluid,and the more types of fluid,the greater the pressure decay ability.
