历史建筑遗产“周边环境”更新设计与价值呈现——以上海衡山路国际礼拜堂花园为例

摘　　要：历史建筑遗产“周边环境”是历史场所的重要组成,具有丰富的本体价值与外部价值。历史建筑遗产作为上海市城市历史与风貌的重要组成部分,当前遗产保护体系缺少对其“周边环境”保护和更新的理论探索和方法引导,增大了遗产价值脉络断裂的风险。以上海衡山路国际礼拜堂花园为例,基于城市历史景观整体性、层积性和活态性理论,从建筑遗存、周边环境和城市景观三者的场所关联性出发,探究花园的价值定位、景观特征及更新需求。建立了以挖掘、提炼与活化场所价值为核心的“周边环境”更新策略。通过特征识别、对话解析、联系重建、功能激活4个设计步骤引导出国际礼拜堂花园更新设计的思路与重点。该方法有助于更加全面地传承历史建筑遗产“周边环境”的价值并回应遗产地的现实需求,对遗产场所更新设计与价值呈现具有参考价值,也有利于丰富和完善城市遗产保护与可持续发展理论。The"setting"of Historic Building Heritage is an important component of historical places,with rich ontology value and external value.As an important part of Shanghai's urban history and landscape,the current heritage protection system lacks theoretical exploration and method guidance for the protection and renewal of the"setting",which increases the risk of heritage value chain rupture.Taking Shanghai Hengshan Road Community Church Garden as an example,based on the theory of the integrity,stratification and dynamism of the Historical Urban Landscape,starting from the relationship between the architectural remains,the setting and the urban landscape,this paper explores the value,landscape characteristics,and the update requirements of the garden.A renewal strategy is established with the core of mining,refining and activating the value of the place.Through the four design steps of feature identification,interaction analysis,connection reconstruction,and function activation,the ideas and key points of the renewal design of the garden are guided.This method helps to inherit the value of the"setting"of Historic Building Heritage more comprehensively and respond to the real needs of the heritage site.
