摘　　要：当前城市化快速发展引发的无序开发导致蓝绿空间生态系统遭到破坏、文化功能衰退、历史记忆丢失。同时,节约型社会和各级政府不容乐观的经济数据亟须大力倡导低成本蓝绿空间景观提升。从基于自然的解决方案(NbS)理论入手,研究自然的解决方案与低成本管理的融合协调,探讨基于自然的解决方案下低成本蓝绿空间提升的必要性。通过盐城外滩·新洋港南岸景观带项目,基于自然的解决方案下从规划设计层面提供可借鉴的同类蓝绿空间设计案例,探索低成本蓝绿空间提升策略。The development of the current urbanization has led to a large number of disordered exploitation and construction that arbitrarily crowded blue-green space,resulting in severe damage to the urban ecosystem,degradation of cultural functions,and the loss of historical memory.At the same time,a resource-conserving society and dismal economic data for governments at all levels are not optimistic,making it necessary to advocate low-cost landscape promotion of blue-green space vigorously.Starting with the NbS theory,this research studies the integration and coordination of nature-based solutions and lowcost management.It explores the necessity for a low-cost landscape promotion strategy of blue-green space with nature-based solutions.Based on Yancheng Xinyang Port South Bank landscape belt design project,builds a blue-green space design model that provides a reference for other similar planning and design with a nature-based solutions and explores a low-cost promotion strategy of blue-green space.
