摘  要:在城市化、老龄化大背景下,老旧小区进行适老性精细化改造成为新时代人居环境高品质发展的重要方式。以长沙M小区的精美社区项目室外空间改造为例,研究建成环境下适老性改造精细化策略。首先通过小区空间挖潜调研来评析精细化指标适宜性,然后基于小区多元主体需求反馈制定初步改造思路,以营造积极老龄化场景为主线梳理小区健康景观网络体系,并结合小区实际,从3个维度进行探讨:一是老龄休憩场景式设计和现状底图解析(mapping),以图解方式精准把握社区生活空间营造的需求;二是提升公共环境安全性,结合CPTED等理论和方法优化老龄人群户外活动空间网络;三是改善活动场所微气候环境,通过提高场所舒适度系统化地实现“老龄友好”精细化改造目标。Under the background of high urbanization and severe aging,the fine renewal of old residential areas for aging has become an important way to develop a high quality living environment in the new era.Taking the outdoor space transformation of the fine community project in Changsha M Community as an example,the refinement strategy of the aging transformation in the built environment is analyzed.Elaborate strategy formulation and indicator suitability evaluation are conducted by analyzing the space characteristics and potential of the community,and transformation ideas are formulated based on residents'feedback.Combined the community health landscape network system with the main line of creating a positive aging scene,and discusses it from three dimensions in combination with reality:first,the elderly leisure scene design and current situation mapping,to accurately grasp the needs of community living space construction in a graphical way;The second is to improve the safety of the public environment,quantize the CPTED theory,and optimize the outdoor public space for the elderly;Third,in order to improve the microclimate environment of the venue,the comfort of the venue should be improved.Systematically achieve the goal of"aging friendly"fine design strategy.
