摘 要:目的 探究柴芎头痛颗粒中指标性成分阿魏酸含量测定方法,为柴芎头痛颗粒的质量控制提供实验依据。方法 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱;乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(13:87);检测波长320 nm。结果该方法阿魏酸峰面积和质量浓度之间线性关系良好,r为0.999 9,精密度、稳定性均符合要求,平均加样回收率为98.73%,RSD为0.68%。结论 本文建立的柴芎头痛颗粒HPLC指标性成分阿魏酸含量测定方法,可以为柴芎头痛颗粒的质量控制提供参考。Objective To explore the method for determining the content of ferulic acid,an index component in Chaixiong Toutong Granules,and to provide an experimental basis for its quality control.Methods A chromatographic separation was performed on a chromatographic column with octadecylsilane bonded with silica gel as the filling agent.The isocratic mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid buffer(13:87 v/v),and the detection wavelength was 320 nm.Results A good linear relationship was presented between the ferulic acid's peak area and its molality(r=0.9999).The method's precision and stability both met the requirements,with an average recovery rate of 98.73%and an RSD of 0.68%.ConclusionA method for the determination of ferulic acid,the HPLC index component in Chaixiong Toutong Granules,is established in this paper,which can provide a reference for the quality control of Chaixiong Toutong Granules.
