摘　　要：目的 探究养肝解郁颗粒中指标性成分芍药苷含量测定方法,为养肝解郁颗粒的质量控制提供实验依据。方法 以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(14:86)为流动相;以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱;检测波长230 nm。结果 该方法芍药苷峰面积和质量浓度之间线性关系良好,r为1.000 0,精密度、稳定性均符合要求,平均加样回收率为97.59%,RSD为1.01%。结论 本文建立的养肝解郁颗粒HPLC指标性成分芍药苷含量测定方法,可以为养肝解郁颗粒的质量控制提供参考。Objective To explore the method for determining the content of paeoniflorin,an index component in Yanggan Jieyu Granules,and to provide an experimental basis for its quality control.Methods Acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid water(14:86)was used as the mobile phase,and the chromatographic column with octadecylsilane bonded with silica gel as the filler,with a detection wavelength of 230 nm.Results The linear relationship between the peak area and the mass concentration of paeoniflorin in this method was good,with r at 1.0000,and the method's precision and stability met the requirements,with an average recovery rate of adding samples at 97.59%and an RSD at 1.01%.Conclusion The established HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Yanggan Jieyu Granules can provide a reference for the quality control of Yanggan Jieyu Granules.
