摘  要:超级电容器在储能装置中占有重要的地位,近年来得到了广泛应用。影响超级电容器性能最重要因素是电极材料,而掺杂硼的镍基氧化物/氢氧化物复合电极材料具有优异的电化学性能。在柔性铜片上先化学镀再电化学原位氧化制备出4种不同B掺杂量的NiO/Ni(OH)2电极材料,扫描电镜(SEM/EDX)、X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测试结果揭示电极材料表面呈微米微球结构,主要由NiO和Ni(OH)2构成,B以氧化物的形式掺杂,其中化学镀液中硼氢化钠添加质量分数为2%时制备的NiO/Ni(OH)2(2B)电极材料样品实现最高B掺杂量,质量分数可达15.7%;电化学测试结果显示随着电极材料中B掺杂量的提高,其比电容增加,循环性能更优异,原因是电极材料表面含B时能增加其与电解液的接触和润湿作用,降低表面电化学反应的电荷传递电阻,从而加速表面电化学反应,表现出较高的比电容。特别地NiO/Ni(OH)2(2B)在1 A·g^(-1)的充放电电流密度下比电容可达3.6 F·g^(-1),经历10 000次循环充放电后比电容维持率189%,在4种电极材料中具有最好的电化学性能。Supercapacitors play an important role in energy storage devices and have been widely used in recent years.The most important influence factor for the performance of supercapacitor is the electrode material,and the nickel-based oxide/hydroxide composite electrode material doped with boron has excellent electrochemical performance.In this paper,four kinds of NiO/Ni(OH)2 electrode materials with different B doping amount were prepared by electroless plating and electrochemical in-situ oxidation on flexible copper sheet.The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)/EDX,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)showed that the surface of the electrode material was microsphere structure,mainly composed of NiO and Ni(OH)2.Among them,The NiO/Ni(OH)2(2B)electrode material prepared by adding mass fraction 2%sodium borohydride to electroless plating solution achieved the highest B doping mass fraction,up to 15.7%.Electrochemical performance test results showed that with the increase of B doped content in electrode materials,the specific capacitance increased,the cycle performance was superior.The reason was that the electrode materials containing B increased its surface contact and wetting effect to electrolyte,which reduced the charge transfer resistance of surface electrochemical reaction and accelerated the surface electrochemical reaction,all these resulted in the performance of a higher specific capacitance.In particular,NiO/Ni(OH)2(2B)had the specific capacitance of 3.6 F·g^(-1) at the charge/discharge current density of 1 A·g^(-1),and specific capacitance maintenance rate of 189%after 10000 cycles of charge/discharge tests was retained,it had the best electrochemical performance among the four electrode materials.
