摘  要:防止泄漏、维持循环水质量稳定是安全生产的基础。通过分析I循环水系统漂浮物的组成(80%以上为有机物)及I循水体石油类含量由0 mg/L增至15 mg/L左右,确定石油类介质泄漏。对比了常用的水质有机污染监测指标,借助生产装置回水TOC含量分析、换热器回水石油类含量分析,推断常减压装置的石脑油换热器发生泄漏。及时堵漏、监测浊度、COD、石油类含量变化,灵活调整旁滤、排污、补水量,交替投加氧化性、非氧化性杀菌剂,在最少补水量的情况下有效恢复了水质,生产波动少。Preventing leakage and maintaining the stability of circulating water quality are the basis for safe production.In this paper,the petroleum leakage was determined by analyzing the composition of floating matter in the I circulating water system(more than 80%of which were organic matter)and the petroleum content of the I circulating water body from 0 mg·L^(-1) to about 15 mg·L^(-1).Compared with the commonly used water quality organic pollution monitoring indicators,with the help of the production device return water TOC content analysis,heat exchanger return water petroleum content analysis,the leakage of naphtha heat exchanger of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was inferred.Timely plugging,and monitoring turbidity,COD,petroleum content changes,as well as flexible adjustment of side filtration,sewage discharge,water replenishment,alternate addition of oxidizing,non-oxidizing fungicides were adopted,in the case of minimal water replenishment,the water quality was effectively restored,the production fluctuation was less.
