利用磷石膏生产中量元素肥料的技术研究

摘　　要：随着社会经济的高速发展以及城市化建设的持续深入,社会已经进入到了全新的发展进程中,这也为各大社会行业的发展起到了良好的促进作用,而磷石膏在本质上属于化工发展进程中湿法磷酸生产形成的副产物,由于其整体利用率比较低,其通常都会被大量堆存,这样不仅会对周边环境产生影响,也会大幅度浪费资源。然而,在农业发展的角度上来看,磷石膏起到了十分重要的作用,其可以通过调节酸性土壤以及碱性土壤功能结构的方式,实现对于土壤的改良,还能够制作肥料,为土壤提供出更多的营养元素。首先对磷石膏在土壤中起到的作用加以明确;其次,对磷石膏生产中量元素肥料中存在的问题展开深入分析;在此基础上,提出利用磷石膏生产中量元素肥料的具体措施。With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous deepening of urbanization,the society has entered a new development process,which has also played a good role in promoting the development of major social industries,and phosphogypsum is essentially a by-product of wet-process phosphoric acid production in the process of chemical development.Because of its low overall utilization rate,it is usually piled up in large quantities,which will not only affect the surrounding environment,but also waste resources greatly.However,from the perspective of agricultural development,phosphogypsum plays a very important role.It can improve the soil by adjusting the functional structure of acidic soil and alkaline soil,and can also make fertilizers to provide better soil performance.Therefore,the role of phosphogypsum in soil was firstly clarified;secondly,the problems existing in the production of medium-element fertilizers by phosphogypsum were analyzed;At last,concrete measures of producing medium element fertilizer by using phosphogypsum were put forward.
