摘  要:重点阐述了气相色谱检测甲醇水溶液的组成的原理、实验方法和操作步骤,但是由于检测设备的局限性和操作人员的原因,导致该气相色谱TCD检测器有时响应和出峰效果不佳。为了保证化验数据的准确,采用卡尔费休法检测微水的原理,经过多次研究和尝试实验并与气相色谱检测结果进行比较,用卡尔费休法与气相色谱法分析数据在合理误差范围之内,并且用卡尔费休法分析比色谱法操作更简单、更省时。通过一年多的实践分析数据得到了生产车间的一致认可。The principle,experimental method and operating steps for the determination of the composition of methanol aqueous solution by gas chromatography were described.Due to the limitation of detection equipment and the operator's reasons,the TCD detector of gas chromatography sometimes has poor response and peak output effect.In order to ensure the accuracy of test data,the principle of Karl Fischer method was adopted for the detection of trace water.After many studies,experiments and comparison with the results of gas chromatography,the data of Karl Fischer method and gas chromatography analysis were within a reasonable range of error,it is simpler and more time-saving to use Karl Fischer method than chromatography.Through more than a year of practical analysis,the data has been unanimously recognized by the production workshop.
