摘 要:为探究升温速率和热解终温对生物质热解产物产率的影响,对花生壳、玉米秸秆、芦苇秆3种生物质在4种终温(600℃,650℃,700℃,750℃)、4种升温速率(4℃/min,5℃/min,6℃/min,7℃/min)下两两正交进行热解实验,计算三相产物(焦炭、焦油、热解气)的产率并进行对比分析。研究表明:随着升温速率和热解终温的提高,焦炭产率逐渐减小;焦油产率随着温度的升高而逐渐减小,随着升温速率的增大反而逐渐增大;热解气的产生可以分为3个阶段并呈现出先增后减的趋势,产率随着热解终温的提高而显著增大,随着升温速率的提高而缓慢减小。3种生物质中,芦苇秆三相产物产率受热解条件影响最大,玉米秸秆三相产物产率受热解条件影响最小。在升温速率为4℃/min和热解终温为600℃条件下玉米秸秆焦炭产率最高,在升温速率为7℃/min和热解终温为600℃条件下花生壳焦油产率最高,在升温速率为4℃/min和热解终温750℃时玉米秸秆热解气产率最高。In order to explore the effects of heating rate and pyrolysis final temperature on the yield of biomass pyrolysis products,peanut shell,corn straw and reed straw were tested at four final temperatures(600℃,650℃,700℃ and 750℃).Two orthogonal pyrolysis experiments were carried out at four heating rates(4℃/min,5℃/min,6℃/min,7℃/min),and the yield of three-phase products(coke,tar,pyrolysis gas)was calculated for comparative analysis.The results show that the coke yield decreases with the increase of heating rate and pyrolysis final temperature;the tar yield decreases with the increase of temperature,but increases with the increase of heating rate;the production of pyrolysis gas can be divided into three stages and shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,the yield increases significantly with the increase of pyrolysis final temperature,but decreases slowly with the increase of heating rate.Among the three kinds of biomass,the three-phase product yield of reed straw is the most affected by pyrolysis conditions,while the three-phase product yield of corn straw is the least affected by pyrolysis conditions.The coke yield of corn straw is the highest when the heating rate is 4℃/min and the pyrolysis final temperature is 600℃.The peanut shell tar yield is the highest when the heating rate is 7℃/min and the pyrolysis final temperature is 600℃.The pyrolysis gas yield of corn straw is the highest when the heating rate is 4℃/min and the pyrolysis final temperature is 750℃.
