摘 要:分体空调机组夏季制冷运行时,由于室内机的换热表面温度低于机器露点温度,室内循环的湿空气外掠空调室内机的冷盘管时,就会在冷盘管表面形成一层湿膜,湿膜增厚形成珠状,就生成了冷凝水。在空调运行中,利用该原理达到除湿的目的。针对目前空调器冷凝水大多未加再利用的情况,定量分析了空调产生的冷凝水量,进而提出冷凝水利用的方法。通过对比不同地区的情况,指出了冷凝水利用最优的区域。因此,合理利用冷凝水,能够有效提高能源利用率,达到节能减排的目的。When the split air conditioning unit operates in summer,because the temperature of the heat exchange surface of the indoor unit is lower than the dew point temperature of the machine,when the indoor circulating wet air sweeps the cold coil of the indoor unit,a layer of wet film will form on the surface of the cold coil,and the wet film will thicken to form a bead,which will generate condensate.During the operation of the air conditioner,this principle is used to achieve the purpose of dehumidification.In view of the fact that most of the condensed water of air conditioners is not reused,this paper quantitatively analyzed the amount of condensed water generated by air conditioners,and then proposed the method for the use of condensed water.By comparing different regions,it pointed out the optimal areas for the use of condensed water.Therefore,rational use of condensed water can effectively improve the energy utilization rate and achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
