数字经济能否成为中国制造业高质量发展的新动能?——基于技术创新与管理效率效应视角

摘　　要：我国制造业数字化进程目前已进入攻坚时期,实体经济正处于向高质量发展的关键期,促进制造业与数字经济的有机融合以实现制造业的高质量发展是亟需解决的问题。基于30个省市区的面板数据考察数字经济对制造业高质量发展的影响效应、作用机制及可能存在的区位异质性。研究发现:数字经济能够显著促进制造业的高质量发展;数字经济通过技术创新效应和管理效率效应两个间接途径促进制造业的高质量发展;数字经济对于制造业高质量发展的影响存在区位异质性,对于东部、西部和南部的促进效应相较于中部和北部更明显。为促进制造业高质量发展,应加大促进数字经济发展的相关基础设施的建设;遵从区位异质性规律,因地制宜地推动数字化经济发展;强化数字化技术人才的培养。The digital process of China’s manufacturing industry has entered a critical period,and the real economy is also in a critical period of high-quality development.It is an urgent and difficult problem to promote the organic integration of manufacturing industry and digital economy to achieve high-quality development of manufacturing industry.This paper selects representative indicators of 30 provinces and municipalities from 2005 to 2021 to investigate the impact,mechanism and possible location heterogeneity of digital economy on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry based on provincial panel data.It shows that digital economy can significantly promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.The mediating effect model shows that digital economy promotes the high-quality development of manufacturing industry through two indirect ways:technological innovation effect and management efficiency effect.The impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry is geographically heterogeneous,and the promotion effect on the eastern,western and southern regions is more obvious than that on the central and northern regions.Therefore,based on the empirical results and research conclusions,this paper gives policy suggestions:increase the construction of infrastructure related to the development of digital economy;Follow the law of location heterogeneity and promote the development of digital economy according to local conditions;Strengthen the cultivation of digital technical personnel.
