数字化投入对制造业全球价值链地位的影响

摘　　要：在当前经济增长放缓以及逆全球化趋势的背景下,数字化转型成为加快制造业升级的关键力量。基于全球价值链视角,研究数字化对制造业全球价值链地位的影响,分析行业异质性并从专业化程度和产品多样性两个方面检验作用机制。研究发现:数字化投入有利于提升制造业全球价值链地位,不同类型制造业提升效果具有较大差异性,其中对技术密集型行业的影响最显著;专业化程度和产品多样性是数字化投入促进全球价值链地位攀升的两个机制。政府要根据不同行业的发展特点调整数字化要素投入比;支持企业培养数字化思维,积极推动数字化改造。制造业企业要优化资源配置,提高其生产专业化程度;注重产品创新和设计能力,增强产品多样性。Under the background of the current global epidemic rebound,economic growth slowdown and the rise of anti-globalization,digital transformation is the key force to accelerate the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.From the perspective of global value chain,it explores the impact of digitalization on the position of manufacturing global value chain,analyzing industry heterogeneity,and examing the mechanism from two aspects of specialization and product diversity.The research shows that digital input is conducive to improve the position of manufacturing in the global value chain,and the improvement effect of different types of manufacturing is quite different.The impact on technology-intensive industries is the most significant.There are the two mechanisms by which digital investment promotes the rise of the global value chain.On the one hand,the government should adjust the digital input according to the development characteristics of different industries and support enterprises to cultivate digital thought and actively promote digital transformation.On the other hand,manufacturing enterprises should optimize resource allocation and improve their production specialization and focus on product innovation and design capabilities,and enhance product diversity.
