散装水泥行业数字化平台的建设与应用研究

摘　　要：随着制造业进入工业4.0时代,以大数据、人工智能、工业互联网、云计算、新一代通信技术(如5G)和智能设备广泛应用为代表的新型制造方式正在出现。水泥行业逐渐向自动化方向转变,通过散装水泥行业数字化平台建设,有利于实现水泥的精细化管理,达到“信息化管理、指尖上生产、可视化监管”的效果。基于此,文章对大数据环境下散装水泥行业数字化平台的建设与应用展开深入探讨,希望能为相关工作人员提供参考。With the manufacturing industry entering the era of Industry 4.0,new manufacturing methods,represented by big data,Artificial Intelligence,industrial Internet,cloud computing,new generation communication technologies(such as 5G)and the wide application of intelligent devices,are emerging.The cement industry is gradually changing to the automation direction.The construction of the digital platform for the bulk cement industry is conducive to achieving thefine management of cement and achieving the effect of“information management,fingertip production and visual supervision”.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth discussion on the construction and application of the digital platform for bulk cement industry under the big data environment,hoping to provide reference for relevant staff.
