摘　　要：目前,我国大型高速铁路总承包项目验工计价模式对于节点计价或对应比例计价尚无明确的指导意见,并缺乏成熟经验借鉴。研究1套适用于大型高速铁路工程总承包的验工计价模式对EPC模式下的铁路建设项目发展至关重要。以大型高速铁路总承包项目为背景,提出验工计价节点划分方式和对应比例计价方法,分析明确节点与对应比例计价模式的适用范围,并对补充合同价格的验工计价提出建议。研究结果对大型铁路工程总承包项目验工计价具有参考价值。At present,there is no clear guidance on node valuation or corresponding proportion valuation in the acceptance and valuation mode of large-scale HSR general contracting projects in China,and there is a lack of mature experience for reference.It is crucial for the development of railway construction projects under EPC mode to study a set of acceptance and valuation mode suitable for the large-scale HSR general contracting.Taking the large-scale HSR general contracting project as the background,this paper puts forward the division method of acceptance and valuation nodes and the corresponding proportion valuation method,analyzes and clarifies the applicable scope of the node and the corresponding proportion valuation mode,and puts forward suggestions on the acceptance and valuation of the supplementary contract price.The research results are of reference value for the acceptance and valuation of large-scale railway general contracting projects.
