摘　　要：文章介绍一种基于蓝牙与ZigBee通信协议的无线传输微波测试模块总体设计方案。该无线传输微波测试模块主要由微波功率、频率与调制波形测量单元、主控单元和无线通信单元组成,微波功率测量单元、微波频率测量单元、微波调制波形测量单元分别实现对测试端点微波信号功率、频率、调制波形参数的测量;主控单元实现测试命令解析和测量数据处理,无线通信单元实现测试命令和测量数据的无线传输。该模块可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,造价低廉。This paper introduces the overall design scheme of a wireless transmission microwave testing module based on Bluetooth and ZigBee communication protocol.The wireless transmission microwave test module is mainly composed of a microwave power,frequency,and modulation waveform measurement unit,a main control unit,and a wireless communication unit.The microwave power measurement unit,microwave frequency measurement unit,and microwave modulation waveform measurement unit respectively measure the microwave signal power,frequency,and modulation waveform parameters of the testing endpoint;The main control unit realizes the analysis of test commands and the processing of measurement data,while the wireless communication unit realizes the wireless transmission of test commands and measurement data.This module has high reliability,strong anti-interference ability,and low cost.
