摘 要:矿井主排水系统将井下涌水排出地面,是矿井安全生产的关键系统。在进行矿井排水系统扩容方案设计时,应结合矿井实际情况,分析各方案可行性,选定综合成本最低的设计方案。在系统改造的同时,还应顺应行业发展方向,针对性地对排水系统进行智能化升级改造,提升矿井智能化水平。分析表明,在条件允许的情况下,斜井开拓矿井排水系统扩容时应优先考虑采用提高管路流速的改造方式,审慎采用新增排水管路的方式增加矿井排水能力。The mine drainage system discharges underground water to the ground,which is a key system for safe production in the mine.When designing the expansion plan for the mine drainage system,the feasibility of each plan should be analyzed based on the actual situation of the mine,and the design plan with the lowest comprehensive cost should be selected.At the same time as the expansion plan,it is also necessary to follow the development direction of the industry and carry out targeted intelligent upgrading and transformation of the drainage system to enhance the level of mine intelligence.Analysis shows that,if conditions permit,when expanding the drainage system of inclined shaft development mines,priority should be given to adopting the transformation method of increasing pipeline flow rate,and the method of adding new drainage pipelines should be carefully adopted to increase the drainage capacity of the mine.
