摘　　要：为了解决铁路工程造价咨询市场中投资者需求与服务供给之间的结构性矛盾,满足投资者对铁路工程综合性、跨阶段、一体化的造价咨询服务需求,本文首先引入大数据技术,构建基于数据驱动的铁路工程全过程造价咨询数字化管理框架体系,形成了造价数据采集、分析、组织、运用的顶层设计;其次围绕造价咨询关键因素搭建大数据应用与管理平台,构建了驱动组织结构、生产调度、质量控制、人力资源、标准规范5大平台,从而为实现铁路工程全过程造价咨询业务精细化、数字化的管理转型提供一定参考。In order to address the structural contradiction between investor demand and service supply in the railway engineering cost consulting market,and to meet investors'demand for comprehensive,cross stage,and integrated cost consulting services for railway engineering,this article first introduces big data technology and constructs a data-driven digital management framework for the entire process of railway engineering cost consulting,forming a top-level design for cost data collection,analysis,organization,and application;Secondly,a big data application and management platform is built around the key factors of cost consulting,and five major platforms are constructed:driving organizational structure,production scheduling,quality control,human resources,and standard specifications.Finally,a refined and digital management transformation of cost consultation for the entire process of railway engineering is achieved.
