摘　　要：注射用青霉素钠在临床应用广泛,本文通过回顾性分析1例由注射用青霉素钠引起的白细胞(WBC)及嗜中性粒细胞(NEU)减少的早产儿病例资料,探讨该类患者的临床特点、可能原因及防治策略,为临床合理用药及药师开展药学监护提供参考及思路。Penicillin sodium for injection is widely used in clinical practice.This article reviewed the data of a premature infant with leucopenia and severe neutropenia reduction caused by penicillin sodium for injection,and discussed the clinical characteristics,possible causes and prevention strategies of such patients,so as to provide references and ideas for clinical rational drug use and pharmacists to carry out pharmaceutical care.
