集束干预策略在预防和处理碘佛醇静脉外渗中效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨集束干预策略在预防和处理碘佛醇静脉外渗中的效果。方法 选择CT增强扫描的7 352例患者为试验组,在预防和处理碘佛醇静脉外渗中实施集束干预策略;选择CT增强扫描的7 328例患者为对照组,在预防和处理碘佛醇静脉外渗中实施常规护理,比较两组患者一次穿刺成功率、预充发现外渗发生率、肢体移动率、碘佛醇静脉外渗发生率、治愈率。结果 试验组一次穿刺成功率、预充发现外渗发生率、肢体移动率、碘佛醇静脉外渗发生率、治愈率均明显优于对照组,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 集束干预策略可提高一次穿刺成功率、预充发现外渗发生率,降低患者肢体移动率,有效预防碘佛醇静脉外渗的发生,减轻外渗严重程度、促进痊愈。Objective To explore the effect of intervention bundle in the prevention and treatment of ioversol venous extravasation.Methods The 7352 patients with enhanced CT scanning were selected as experimental group,and intervention bundle was carried out in the prevention and treatment of ioversol extravasation,7328 patients with enhanced CT scanning were selected as the control group,and routine nursing was carried out in the prevention and treatment of ioversol extravasation.The success rate of one puncture,the rate of extravasation found in pre filling,the rate of limb movement,the incidence of ioversol venous extravasation and the cure rate between the two groups.Results The success rate of the one puncture,the rate of extravasation found in pre filling,the rate of limb movement,the incidence of ioversol extravasation and the cure rate in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statisticall significant.Conclusion Intervention bundle can improve the success rate of one puncture,the rate of extravasation found in pre filling,reduce the rate of limb movement of patients,effectively prevent the occurrence of ioversol venous extravasation,reduce the severity of extravasation and promote healing.
