导尿管相关性尿路感染的预防和个性化护理措施

摘　　要：目的 分析导尿管相关性尿路感染的预防和个性化护理措施。方法 选取于2019年1月至2021年12月我院收治的接受导尿管留置的患者120例作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数,采用随机数表法的方式,将120例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预,观察组采用预防性个性化护理模式进行干预。对比两组的护理满意度、生活质量、尿管相关尿路感染率、导尿管留置时间、首次排尿量以及首次排尿时间。结果 观察组护理满意度、生活质量、尿管相关尿路感染率、导尿管留置时间、首次排尿量以及首次排尿时间均优于对照组,P <0.05。结论 对接受导尿管留置的患者采用预防性个性化护理模式进行干预,能够有效提升患者的护理满意度以及生活质量,同时能够显著改善患者的尿管相关尿路感染率、导尿管留置时间、首次排尿量以及首次排尿时间。Objective To analyze the prevention and personalized nursing measures for catheter related urinary tract infections.Methods A total of 120 patients who received catheter indwelling from January 2019 to December 2021 in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.Based on the admission sequence number of patients,120 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number grouping method.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The observation group received preventive personalized nursing intervention.Care satisfaction,quality of life,catheter-associated urinary tract infection rate,urinary catheter indwelling time,first void output,and time to first urination were compared between groups.Results The care satisfaction,quality of life,catheter-associated urinary tract infection rate,urinary catheter indwelling time,first void output,and time to first urination of the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention with a preventive personalized nursing model for patients with indwelling catheters can effectively indicate their nursing satisfaction and quality of life,while significantly improving the rate of urinary tract infections associated with catheters,catheter retention time,the first urination volume and the first urination time.
