摘　　要：目的 分析甲状腺肿瘤腔镜微创手术患者护理中人文关怀理念精细化护理的应用效果。方法 选择我院在2021年1月至2022年8月收治的200例甲状腺肿瘤腔镜微创手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例,对照组患者护理期间采用一般性护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上融入人文关怀理念精细化护理,统计两组患者满意度、Piper疲乏评分改善情况(指标包括躯体疲乏、行为疲乏、认知疲乏、情感疲乏)、生存质量评分(指标包括情绪、日常活动、活动能力、社交/家庭状况)、术后不同时间术后NRS评分、不良心理改善情况。结果 观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05),两组患者护理前焦虑、抑郁等不良心理评分和躯体疲乏、行为疲乏、认知疲乏、情感疲乏等Piper疲乏评分以及情绪、日常活动、活动能力、社交/家庭状况等生存质量评分相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),护理后不良心理评分和Piper疲乏评分以及生存质量评分均明显改善(P <0.05),且观察组患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理评分和躯体疲乏、行为疲乏、认知疲乏、情感疲乏等Piper疲乏评分以及情绪、日常活动、活动能力、社交/家庭状况等生存质量评分改善情况明显优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者各项生存质量评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05);术后两组患者NRS评分均持续下降(P <0.05),且各时间点观察组NRS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 甲状腺肿瘤腔镜微创手术患者护理中人文关怀理念精细化护理具有良好的应用效果,能显著改善患者生存质量和不良心理,提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic care concept in the nursing of patients undergoing minimally invasive endoscopic surgery for thyroid tumors.Methods A total of 200 patients with minimally invasive endoscopic surgery for thyroid tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,100 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received general nursing during thyroid surgery,while the patients in the observation group received intensive nursing based on the concept of humanistic care.The satisfaction rate,Piper fatigue score improvement(including physical fatigue,behavioral fatigue,cognitive fatigue,emotional fatigue),quality of life score(including mood,daily activities,activity ability,social/family status),postoperative NRS score and adverse psychological improvement at different time after surgery were analyzed in the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of thyroid operation patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of thyroid surgery patients before nursing in anxiety,depression and other adverse psychological scores,Piper fatigue scores such as physical fatigue,behavioral fatigue,cognitive fatigue,emotional fatigue,and quality of life scores such as mood,daily activities,activity ability,social/family status(P>0.05).After nursing,adverse psychological score,Piper fatigue score and quality of life score were significantly improved(P<0.05).Moreover,the improvement of Piper fatigue scores such as anxiety,depression,physical fatigue,behavioral fatigue,cognitive fatigue,emotional fatigue,and quality of life scores such as mood,daily activities,activity ability,social/family status in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of thyroid operation patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in contr
