人文关怀在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的 以妊娠期糖尿病者为研究对象,观察人文关怀护理开展的效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院接收的78例妊娠期糖尿病者为研究对象,以随机数表法对研究病例分组,即对照组(39例)、观察组(39例)。采取常规护理干预对照组患者,采取人文关怀护理干预观察组患者。以血糖水平、遵医行为依从性、不良妊娠结局为观察指标,对不同护理取得的效果进行分析。结果 干预后,观察组血糖水平较对照组更低(P <0.05);对照组、观察组遵医行为依从性分别为74.36%、92.31%(P <0.05);对照组、观察组不良妊娠结局发生率分别为28.20%、10.25%(P <0.05)。结论 对妊娠期糖尿病患者开展人文关怀护理的效果好,能控制患者的血糖水平在合理范围内,提高遵医行为,减少不良妊娠结局。Objective To observe the effect of humanistic care for gestational diabetes patients.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,78 cases of gestational diabetes received by our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and the study cases were grouped by random number table method,namely control group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group were treated with humanistic care nursing intervention.Taking blood glucose level,compliance rate of medical compliance and adverse pregnancy outcome as indicators,the effect of different nursing was analyzed.Results After the intervention,the blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the compliance of the control group and the observation group was 74.36%and 92.31%(P<0.05),respectively,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the control group and observation group was 28.20%and 10.25%(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care for gestational diabetes has a good nursing effect,which can control blood glucose level in a reasonable range,improve compliance behavior and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
