数据透视表在核查松材线虫病枯死木清理数据中的应用

摘　　要：数据透视表功能强大,运用在枯死松木清理过程之数据核算时,可大显身手。以松阳县象溪镇的数据为例,清理队工人在平时枯死木清理过程中,把采伐木的相关数据上传到数字森防数据库,这些数据包含原理偏差、人工误差等,主要表现为胸径错误:非高山远山小班疫木数据混入和一些非法人为数据。多次使用数据透视表进行审核,使隐藏在几十万条记录里编号相同的数据显形,再结合表格公式可排查非高山远山小班数据,再通过搭建数据透视表按小班内平均枯死树密度套算并核对每日工作效率、排查拍照片地点与上传照片地点距离等因子,可排查出初始数据中近3/4的不实成分,使数据的准确性和逻辑性得到极大提升,为财政资金支付提供保障。The Pivot Table function is powerful.When applied to the data accounting of the dead pine clearing process,it plays a great role.This paper takes the data of Xiangxi Town,Songyang County as an example.In the process of cleaning dead wood,the workers of the cleaning team upload the relevant data of logging wood to the digital forest protection database.These data include principal deviation,manual error,etc.,which is mainly represented by the error of DBH,the data of non-high mountains and distant mountains with small class of epidemic wood and some illegal artificial data.In this paper,Pivot Table is used for auditing many times to make the data with the same number hidden in hundreds of thousands of records visible.In combination with the table formula,the data of small classes in non-high mountains and distant mountains can be checked.Then,the Pivot Table is built to calculate the daily work efficiency according to the average density of dead trees in small classes,and check the distance between the location of taking photos and the location of uploading photos.Nearly three quarters of the false components in the initial data can be identified,and the accuracy and logic of the data are greatly improved,providing a guarantee for the payment of financial funds.
