新干县油茶产业发展现状及高质量发展对策

摘　　要：油茶具有不与粮棉争地的优点,是一条解决我国粮油紧缺的重要途径,油茶产业也是我国实施乡村振兴的重要支柱产业。新干县是江西省油茶主产县之一,栽培历史悠久,目前全县现有油茶总面积5000 hm 2,呈现出发展规模大、发展模式多元化的现状;但在油茶产业发展过程中存在资金短缺、科技力量薄弱、产业链较短、缺乏龙头企业以及生产组织形式散乱等问题。对此,提出了通过加强政府引导、加大资金投入、加强科技支撑、提高油茶高产栽培、精深加工技术以及开发茶产业综合体等措施来促进油茶产业的高质量发展对策。Camellia oleifera has the advantage of not competing with grain and cotton for land.It is an important way to solve the shortage of grain and oil in China.Camellia oleifera industry is also an important pillar industry for the implementation of rural revitalization in China.Xingan County is one of the main oil-tea producing counties in Jiangxi Province,with a long history of cultivation.At present,the total area of Camellia oleifera in the county is 5000 hm 2,showing the status of strong development scale,diversified development models;However,there are some problems in the development of Camellia oleifera industry,such as shortage of funds,weak scientific and technological strength,short industrial chain,lack of leading enterprises and scattered production organization;In this regard,it is proposed to promote the high-quality development of Camellia oleifera industry by strengthening government guidance,increasing capital investment,strengthening scientific and technological support,improving high-yield cultivation of Camellia oleifera,intensive processing technology and developing tea industry complex.
