摘 要:页岩油的开发缓解了中国石油能源供应紧张的局势,是未来重要的接替资源。长7页岩油开发方式以天然能量为主,随着开发的进行存在产量递减快、采收率低等问题;长期天然能量开发地层能量亏空较大,亟须补充地层能量实现二次有效开发。针对以上问题,为探索有效补充能量、提高采收率方式,基于长庆某页岩油区块,开展室内实验对比不同种类气体与原油体系性质差异,并利用油藏数值模拟手段,建立矿场尺度数值模拟模型,优化伴生气吞吐补能技术政策。优化参数为注气量90×10^(4)m^(3)、注入速度3×10^(4)m^(3)/d、焖井时间20 d、吞吐轮次10轮。在整体统一优化的基础上,针对补能效果较差的井进行个性化注气量优化设计,单井注气量增大至150×10^(4)m^(3),保障所有吞吐井整体能量补充水平一致,进一步提升了注气吞吐增油效果,注气吞吐较衰竭开发累产油量可提高33%。研究探索了页岩油后期有效补能提采方式,研究成果为长庆页岩油实现注伴生气吞吐有效开发提供了理论依据。The development of shale oil has relieved the tense situation of energy supply in China,and it's an important energy for sustainable development.The main develop method for Chang 7 shale oil is depletion,resulting in rapid production decline and low recovery factor.There is a large energy deficit in the formation for long-term primary development,so it is urgent to supply the formation pressure for further development.In order to explore a effective way to supplement pressure and enhance oil recovery,based on a shale oil block in Changqing oilfiled,experiments were conducted to compare the properties of different kinds of gas and crude oil systems,and a field-scale numerical simulation was performed to optimize the parameter of associated gas huff-n-puff.The optimum parameters are gas injection volume 90×10^(4)m^(3),injection rate 3×10^(4)m^(3)/d,20 d of soaking time,10 cycles of huff and puff.On the basis of overall unified optimization,gas injection volume optimization for a single well is conducted and the optimum volume is increased to 150×10^(4)m^(3),which is further improving the oil increase effect of gas injection huff-n-puff.The cumulative oil production volume of huff-n-puff increases 33%than that of depletion.The research results explore an effective way for energy supplement and enhancing shale oil recovery,and provide a support for possible field application of associated gas injection huff-n-puff in Changqing shale oil.
