摘  要:自动化产品通过不同版本的固件实现功能差异化管理及生命周期维护。对于控制器与I/O各自独立、可灵活配置的PLC和DCS而言,随着产品应用领域的拓展,I/O模块功能的升级较为频繁,加上产品推向市场后维护周期的拉长,极易出现控制器对I/O模块新功能与老功能的兼容性问题。针对该问题,从控制器与I/O模块的交互信息方面分析,提出了一种控制器对I/O模块生命周期兼容的实现方案。通过该方案,旧控制器可在不升级固件情况下实现对已有型号I/O模块新版本支持,也支持新类型I/O模块。据此可实现控制器和I/O模块的匹配解耦,有效降低升级带来的不利影响,也尽可能保护用户投资。Automation products enable differentiated management of functions and lifecycle maintenance through different versions of firmware.For PLC and DCS,which are independent and flexibly configurable for the controller and I/O,with the expansion of the product application field,the upgrade of the I/O module function is more frequent,coupled with the elongation of the maintenance cycle after the product is introduced to the market,it is very easy to have the compatibility problem of the controller with the new function of the I/O module and the old function.Aiming at this problem,from the perspective of the interaction information between the controller and the I/O module,an implementation scheme of the controller's I/O module life cycle compatibility is proposed in this paper.With this solution,the old controller can support the new version of the existing model I/O module without upgrading the firmware,and also support the new type of I/O module.This allows for the matching decoupling of controller and I/O modules,effectively reducing the adverse impact of upgrades and protecting user investment as much as possible.
