摘　　要：当今我国汽车制造业正朝着智能化、柔性化的趋势发展。作为智能制造的基础组成部分,单轨电动输送系统(Electrified Monorail System,EMS)在汽车制造业中得到了广泛应用。单轨电动输送系统是一种集机械、电气、IT及PLC于一体的高新自动化输送系统,旨在对其核心的数据集中器的数据管理过程进行浅析。Nowadays,automobile manufacturing industry in China is developing towards the trend of intelligence,flexibility manufacturing equipment.As a basic component of intelligent manufacturing,the electrified monorail system has been widely used in the automobile manufacturing industry.The Electrified Monorail System is a high-tech automatic conveying system that integrates machinery,electricity,IT and PLC.This paper aims to analyze the data management process of its core data concentrator.
