远程I/O网络由EtherNet/IP网络和ControlNet网络混合组态的实践应用

摘　　要：工业控制系统中的处理器对外的网络通讯一般都是通过通讯模块现实,通讯模块不一样,其组态方式也不一样。大部分的ControILogix系统都有控制器与远程I/O的通讯,一般是EtherNet/IP网络和ControlNet网络两种结构,这两种网络结构是单独使用的,他们的组态过程也不一样。ControlNet网络是一种能确保数据传送的网络,在新增设备或者新组态网络时,需要专用的网络规划软件进行规划,具有局限性,只有在确保预定性数据能在网络的周期刷新时间内传递成功,网络组态就算成功,ControlNet网络结构的通讯质量好且稳定,不容易受到干扰。EtherNet/IP网络是只要数据通道传送流畅就算是数据传送成功,它不能确保数据的传送,不能保证数据传送的质量,且容易受到外部干扰,但它不需要提前进行规划,在环境复杂、I/O数据交换量大和网络通讯大地方比较适合,应用也比较简单,没有局限性。随着信息自动化的发展,无线网络(Wi-Fi)的发展,以EtherNet/IP网络作为I/O远程网络被越来越多的人接受。主要介绍的是在以ControlNet网络结构作为I/O远程网络的4#烧结机配料系统,与新增的以EtherNet/IP网络结构作为I/O远程网络的远程机架进行连接组态的方法。In industrial control systems,the processors communicate with the external network through communication modules.The configuration mode of the communication modules is also different.Most ControILogix systems have the communication between the controller and the remote I/O.These two network architectures are used separately,and their configuration processes are different.ControlNet network is a network to ensure data transmission,in the new device or new configuration network,the need for dedicated network planning software planning,has limitations,only in order to ensure that scheduled data can be transmitted successfully in the network cycle refresh time,network configuration even if successful.The ControlNet network structure has good communication quality and stability,and is not susceptible to interference.EtherNet/IP networks are successful data transmission as long as the data channel transmission is smooth.It cannot ensure that data transmission,can't guarantee the quality of data transmission,and susceptible to external disturbance,but it don't need to plan ahead of time.I/O data in the complex environment and is suitable for big place exchange capacity and network communication,application is more simple,no limitations,along with the development of the information automation,the development of the wireless network(Wi-Fi).The EtherNet/IP network is accepted by more and more people as I/O remote network.In this paper,the main introduction is in the ControlNet network structure as I/O remote network 4#sintering machine batching system and the added EtherNet/IP network structure as I/O remote network remote rack connection configuration method.
