摘 要:介绍了一种基于EFM8BB2单片机平台的无位置传感器无刷直流电机软硬件控制系统,通过搭建虚拟中性点电路,进行反电动势过零比较后,延迟30°后实现六步换相及调速功能。该方案硬件电路简单有效,软件易于编程实现。重点介绍了反电势过零检测的基本原理以及实现方法,过零检测成功后电机能够快速切入闭环控制,说明了该方法高效可靠。This paper introduces a control system of sensor-less BLDCM based on EFM8BB2.This paper designs a circuit of neutrality points which is used for back-EMF zero crossing detection.After back-EMF zero-crossing be detected,the controller can complete a six-step commutation and change speed by delaying 30 degrees.The hardware circuit of the design was simple and reliable,simultaneously the software is easy to receive.A significant part of this paper has introduced the principle and method of back-EMF zero-crossing detection,and the motor can achieve speed control of closed-loop quickly after zero-crossing detection.Thus this method is simple and reliable.
