摘 要:介绍了SBR生化处理煤气化废水工艺,在硝化反硝化降解营养性污染物的同时,随着酸碱度变化,以及好氧吸附和厌氧脱除的过程,对灰水中的钙硬起到了降解的作用,使产水硬度极大去除,达到了灰水水体的除硬功能,使处理后的排水Ca硬去除率达到80%以上,同时阐述了在钙离子浓度不断升高时对SBR生化处理污泥浓度、溶解氧的影响,并进一步对除硬后的排水企业回用提供了可行性建议。This paper introduces the SBR process for biochemical treatment of coal gasification wastewater.While nitrification and denitrification degrade nutritional pollutants,with the change of pH,as well as the process of aerobic adsorption and anaerobic removal,it plays a role in degrading the calcium hardness in the grey water,increasing the hardness of the produced water,achieving the function of removing the hardness in the grey water body,and making the removal rate of calcium hardness in the treated drainage reach more than 80%,At the same time,the influence of increasing ca2+ion concentration on sludge concentration and dissolved oxygen in SBR biochemical treatment was expounded.Furthermore,the feasibility suggestions are provided for the reuse of drainage enterprises after the removal of hardness.
