摘　　要：环管聚丙烯工艺循环气压缩机PA301是循环气回收的关键设备,运行情况好坏直接影响到装置的物耗。根据生产运行中遇到的状况,从工艺和机械两方面进行探讨,对PA301进行优化,以期提高PA301的稳定运行周期,从而实现减排降耗的目的。Recycle gas compressor PA301 is a key equipment in loop reactor polypropylene plant,the quality of operation affects the material consumption of the plant directly.Based on the troubles during operation,study on the optimization of PA 301 from both process and mechanical in order to improve the PA301 operation statue,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing emissions and consumption.
