摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定磷铜(CuP14)中磷化学成分含量,进行了高频发生器功率试验、载气流量试验,确定了最佳的分析条件。试验结果表明:本方法的相对标准偏差小于5%;试验结果与标准值无显著性差异;试验方法的加标回收率在98.0%~105.0%之间。试验方法精密度好、准确度高,适用于磷铜(CuP14)中磷含量的准确测定。Use Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry detect the Phosphorus content in Phosphorus Copper(CuP14),High-frequency generator power test and Carrier gas flow test were carried out,The optimal analysis conditions were determined.The test result shows that all the valus of RSD is less than 5%;The test result was not different from the standard valus;The standard recovery rate of the test method ranged from 98.0%to 105.0%.The test method has good precision and high accuracy,Suitable for the determination of the Phosphorus content in Phosphorus Copper(CuP14).
