摘　　要：当今高校教育提倡线上线下相结合的方式,但有机化学实验由于需要大量的线下操作内容,导致了线上与线下教育的结合形式无法有效的开展,为了解决这一问题,以代表性有机化学实验—咖啡因的提取为例,探索线上和线下实验课程的新形式,探索一种既可以保证线下实验的实际操作完整进行,又保证线上教育内容充分生动,期望发现一种高校实践课程的教育新方式。Today's college education advocates the combination of online and offline,but the organic chemistry experiment requires a lot of offline operation content,leading to the combination of online and offline education can not be effectively carried out.In order to solve this problem,this paper takes the representative organic chemistry experiment-caffeine extraction as an example to explore a new form of online and offline experimental courses,and explore a way to ensure the complete operation of offline experiments,it also ensures that the online education content is full and vivid,hoping to find a new way of education for college practical courses.
