摘 要:以碳二加氢中试实训装置为例,阐述了利用MR虚拟仿真技术对碳二加氢中试实训装置典型设备、生产过程、生产事故进行的开发和优化。通过MR虚拟仿真技术和碳二加氢中试实训装置虚实结合,实现了典型设备拆解、设备运行原理认知、生产过程可视、生产事故模拟、安全应急演练等功能,解决了化工实训中“三高”“三难”的痛点和难点,从而使化工实训操作过程的可视性和可操作性更强,学生能够在交互式和沉浸式的学习过程中储备更多的理论知识,获得更多的操作技能。Taking the CO2 hydrogenation pilot training device as an example,this article describes the development and optimization of typical equipment,production processes,and production accidents of the CO2 hydrogenation pilot training device using MR virtual simulation technology.Through the virtual and practical combination of MR virtual simulation technology and CO2 hydrogenation pilot training device,functions such as typical equipment disassembly,equipment operation principle recognition,production process visualization,production accident simulation,and safety emergency drills have been realized,and the pain points and difficulties of"three highx"and"three difficulties"in chemical engineering training have been solved,thereby making the chemical engineering training operation process more visible and operable,students can accumulate more theoretical knowledge and acquire more operational skills during interactive and immersive learning.
